You need: One tarot deck & Your imagination
You can even: Play with friends and share your stories.
Find The Fool (0).
The Fool is your main character and represents you at the beginning of the adventure.
Do not shuffle yet.
Look at the Fool and decide one simple thing:
What does the Fool want?
That’s your character’s starting motivation.
Then shuffle the remaining deck thoroughly and place The Fool somewhere to the side of the shuffled deck.
You now have your entire adventure hidden inside the deck.
How the game works:
Draw one card at a time.
Every card becomes something that happens to the Fool.
You don’t need to memorize complicated meanings. Ask yourself three questions:
Interpret it based on your own intuition if reading for yourself and be creative.
Then draw the next card.
Your answers create the story.
Remember the theme of your adventure.
